I've reknit the Modular Baby Cardigan using Austermann Step 4 Ply. I'm really pleased with it turned out and was also inspired to create some matching socks. The smallest size 0-6mths together with the socks used up all but 10g of the ball of yarn. I need to play around with sleeve widths and perhaps narrow them a little for the light fabric. But I'm pretty pleased with what I've got so far.
Knit on 4mm needles, it's a quick knit and really satisfying. The socks used about 7g of yarn each in the smallest size. How cute are they? It's made in colour 005, I think we have 12 of the Step yarn to choose from and the pattern will be free with a purchase of Step.
